[Type Specimen]

A specimen honoring one of the most important type families in history. The magazine traces the typeface from its origins to its most iconic uses, highlighting the features that made it famous—such as weight distribution and readability—thanks to its attention to detail. Midway through, there’s an interlude featuring a poster that visually interprets, in the style of the font, a stylistic exercise translated by Umberto Eco.
